Friction stir welding (FSW) technology is a solid-state joining process that can seal-connect water chambers formed by different processes with the outer cover. This method requires no solder or flux, and can ensure uniform and consistent weld depth and a dense forged weld joint throughout the entire weld, with good sealing, high weld strength, and properties close to the base material.
An embedded tube cold plate involves embedding copper, aluminum, or stainless steel tubes into a base plate, using fluid flow to cool and reduce temperature. Their dimensions, shapes, and fluid paths can be customized to achieve optimal thermal performance, and custom coating, drilling, and tapping can also be performed.
A brazed liquid cold plate is a type of liquid cold plate in which the flow path plate and cover plate components are joined together into an integrated unit by melting brazing material under corresponding process conditions, with internal flow channels formed.
A finned heatsink is a type of heatsink that uses a finning tool to precisely cut an entire base material (aluminum or copper) from the top, fold it back to a position perpendicular to the base, and repeat it at specified intervals to form fins. Finned heatsinks can achieve thinner fins with higher density, increasing the heatsink area per unit volume and thereby improving thermal dissipation efficiency.
