Key Responsibilities:

1. Proficient in office software, at least one 3D modeling software, and 2D drafting software CAD;
2. Able to lead technical review and communication meetings with customers;

Position Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in mechanical design or related field;
2. Age 30-42 (those not meeting age or education requirements please do not apply);
3. Experience in automotive parts industry and radiator field, with systematic IATF16949 training;
4. 5+ years of relevant work experience.

1. Associate degree or above; PE work experience in a hardware factory;
2. Analysis, improvement, and prevention of product manufacturing process issues;
3. Writing process documentation, establishing process parameters and standards, optimizing process flows and work methods;
4. Technical coordination with R&D, familiar with ECN/ECR control processes, continuously outputting product and process improvement plans;
5. Proposing and implementing tooling, fixture, and equipment improvement plans;
6. Assisting the production department with process improvements and enhancements;
7. Positive and proper work attitude, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication skills and team awareness;
Skills: Proficient in drafting software CAD, familiar with PORE/solidworks/UG 3D software.

1. Responsible for B-customer tray and other EV-customer cost evaluation, sample production (aluminum extrusion, aluminum welding).
2. Technical documentation creation, full APQP\PPAP documentation, BOM, and other tasks assigned by superiors.
3. 2+ years of experience as an EV tray engineer; priority given to candidates from mainstream manufacturers.
2. 1+ years of experience in battery tray; 3+ years of experience in radiators, cold plates, etc. preferred.
1. 3D software; CAD is a must; ability for aluminum tray sample DFM.
2. Proficient in PROE/UG/CAD;
3. Strong communication skills, reasonable planning, innovative spirit.
