Yongxin Hongtai Technology has established a quality indicator evaluation system across the entire supply chain process, from incoming inspection and production control to finished product inspection, with every link, every link following strict and meticulous standards. We conduct regular and irregular inspections and strictly operate in accordance with relevant requirements.
At Yongxin Hongtai Technology, we use the 8D model to identify, correct, and eliminate recurring problems. We develop permanent corrective actions based on statistical analysis of problems and focus on the root causes by identifying the fundamental origin of issues. We then eliminate or minimize the recurrence of recurring problems, improve problem-solving efficiency, and accumulate problem-solving experience.
